Driven by the Montessori philosophy, our mission is to assist the natural development of the whole child. We believe in educating children right from an early age, in an environment that enriches their little minds to achieve better outcomes, leading to realistic yet individual goals. A little progress each day, at your child’s own pace, adds to bigger results and that is what we do every day!
Our Environment
Our beautiful venue is defined by prepared indoor and free-flow outdoor learning spaces that enable toddlers to experience a diverse range of Montessori curriculum.

Meet the Manager
Ms Zainab
With over 18 years of experience in early years child care, Zainab Ellahi brings the Montessori ideology to Mini Todds. With a Masters Degree in Mass communication and a proud graduate herself from Maria Montessori’s Institute (AMI), Zainab’s passion to work with little minds is exemplary in order to achieve bigger goals. She is the setting's "Designated Safeguarding Lead" as well as SENCO. A mother of two, she sings, dances and brings the classroom alive with her enthusiasm!
Ms Klaudia
Klaudia has been working in early years setting and is level 2 qualified practitioner. She is working towards her completion of Level 3 and has a very loving nature. A mother of one herself, she fits perfectly in our montessori. She is the best settler for new comers, she gives children the right care and love they require when they come.
Ms Hafsa
Hafsa has a passion for working with children and is a mother of three. She is our Level 3 qualified teacher and is working as Deputy Manager. She brings a lot of emerging ideas and techniques to the environment. Children bond with her very well as she has a very joyful and energetic personality.
Ms Mehwish
Mehwish is our Level 2 early years apprentice. Having a Bachelors in every day she developed a liking for working with children after acquiring motherhood herself. She has a very pleasant personality with a welcoming attitude. Her hard work and passion to work shines every day!
Montessori Philosophy
The Montessori method is a child-centred approach founded on the educational philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, an Italian educator, physician, and innovator. Based on her scientific observations, she believed that children, who choose and act freely within a prepared environment, would act spontaneously to ensure their optimal development.

Dr. Montessori considered the mind of a child like a sponge – absorbing everything, always ready to learn something new. The model has two basic principles:

Children and developing adults engage in psychological self-construction by means of interaction with their environments.

Children, especially under the age of six, have an innate path of psychological development.

Dr. Montessori opened her first classroom, the ‘Casa dei Bambini’ in Rome, Italy in 1907. Her pedagogy is now implemented and celebrated around the world. She founded AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) training centres around the world, implementing high-end training. Graduates from these institutions are highly acclaimed Montessori directresses with in depth knowledge of the subject. Mini Todds Montessori is proud to inherit this legacy, belonging to the family of about 25,000 schools worldwide!
